Refund

Every project starts with a thorough discovery/analysis and the creation of a scope of work document. It makes sure that everyone is aware of the criteria to avoid disagreements, reversals, or cancellations of projects. Since completing each goal takes time, there is no compensation for work completed.

All completed work will belong to the client if there is a mutual termination, and any additional fees paid will be refunded. There are no refunds for earlier deposits or payments. After the client approves the mock-up drawings and the project starts development, there won't be any cash reimbursement.

Split refunds for project stages that have already begun are not available. We are unable to accept cancellations for services rendered by our marketing team on special occasions. These deals are non-refundable and have a predetermined expiration date.

The customer will receive a refund if, within 5-7 days after requesting a return, they choose not to proceed with the project.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

If the customer decides not to move forward with the project before it is initiated, we will give a refund. The refund procedure may take up to (5-7) five or seven days to complete.

CANCELLATION

The cancellation policy of Galaxymatrix IT is straightforward. The terms of the policy are listed as follows:

Please contact our account manager or billing department with any cancellation requests. Departmental approval is needed for the cancellation to take effect.

Requests for cancellations must be submitted no later than 24 hours after the order is placed and before the project is completed.

Galaxymatrix IT is not obligated to provide any services that are provided by other parties, such content authorship, web development, hosting, etc.

Although a valid cancellation notice sent thirty days prior to the scheduled start date is permissible, web/app service packages are not refundable. Refunds are not given for payments and deposits that are parked or unclaimed for more than 30 days.
